Hydraulic oil NGZh-5U is a synthetic explosion- and fire-proof, erosion-resistant working fluid for aircraft hydraulic systems. NGZh-5U is made on the basis of phosphoric acid esters, contains a package of additives that improve viscosity, anti-hydrolysis, antioxidant, anti-corrosion and anti-erosion properties.
The capabilitie
s of enterprise for the production of Hydraulic oil NGZh-5U up to 200 tons in year.
Based on this, the need for components will be:
Tributyl phosphate - 133.2 tons
Dibutylphenyl phosphate - 36.4 tons
Turbine fire-resistant oil based on trixylenyl phosphate (OMTI) - 12.8 tons
Polybutyl methacrylate - 15.4 tons
Epoxy resin brand ERL-4221 / Araldite CY 179-1CH - 5.15 tons
Surfactant Chromoxan (grade B) - 0.165 tons.
