A history to talk about

Sunny Enterprises is part of the Priya Group of companies which was started in 1976 as a family business. The parent company started manufacturing auto parts and components of rubber and over a period of time started manufacturing footwear components like shoe soles, heels, rubber sheets, PVC and TPR Soles.

 

The gradual diversification happened with the German Technology joint venture in the year 1985 with BOMIX Chemie and later the GUM Germany company in 2007. The early 2000s made the company expand into the tech sector with setting up an IT division with development of websites and portals for the footwear industry.

In 2007 we started manufacturing specialty paints with German collaboration and supplying to global markets. Simultaneously expanding exports to Europe, Middle East and Africa. The group also ventured into manufacture of sound proofing systems and sheeting for the Auto Industry for inner lining for cars.

Innovation and family values helped growth, adapting to changing times with change in technologies.

 

We started a consultancy division to support fellow Indian companies to access Global markets and grow their exports.

 

Merchant exports has become a major revenue generating factor for the company. 

​

The company also has been a licensee of Cartoon Network / Warner Bros. products till 2015 for consumer products. 

 

Today the group has presence in sectors such as Paints, Chemicals, Footwear, Rubber, Plastics, Home and consumer products, Technology, Defence systems, Information Technology , Food processing and Agro Tech. The company has a separate consultancy division that caters to most verticals.

 

We also organize meetings, events and B2B activities to support growth of small and medium businesses globally. Some of our esteemed clients have been ProChile, USAID, CLDP, GBSA Korea, Wevio Korea, KOTRA, MATRADE, MIDA, ROSCONGRESS,   and many more.
